Craig Smith - Executive Chef
Craig began his career inthe food industry as a kitchen helper at the age of 14. As a young adult, he trained under the resident chef of the Williamsburg Hospitality House, refining his skills in seafood and steak for 7 years.Craig relocated to Winchester, VA in 1999 as head chef of the locally famous Jimmy’s Steak and Seafood Grill. The restaurant closed when the property was purchased by the local university 11 years

later. From there, Craig joined an Italian Restaurant in Stephens City for 5 years as head Chef, perfecting his Italian cuisine skills. When a local restaurateur decided to open an upscale seafood and steak restaurant on Millwood in Winchester, it was a perfect fit and Craig joined the team as Executive Chef. Craig has received excellent reviews by diners for his flavorful Seafood and Steaks.
